Need help with PinPiner? This page collects the quickest ways to sort out common problems in the app and on pinpiner.com, and how to reach a person when they do not.

1. Contact us

Email [email protected]. Tell us the username or email on the account, the phone or browser you are using, and what happened, and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

Postal mail: PICH RATHA / PinPiner, 2817 Shadwell Place, Greenwood, Indiana 46143, United States. Telephone: +1 689-204-1200.

2. Report a post or comment, or block an account

  • To report a post, open its menu and choose Report post. Reports go to our moderation team; you will not be named to the person you reported.
  • To block an account, open the person's profile, open the menu and choose Block account. Blocked accounts cannot follow you, comment on your posts or message you, and their content disappears from your feeds.
  • You can unblock someone later from Settings.

3. Delete your account

Go to Settings in the PinPiner app or on pinpiner.com and choose Delete account permanently. Deletion removes your profile, posts, comments and social activity from the service and cannot be undone. Our Privacy Policy explains what may remain for safety, legal or ledger reasons and for how long.

If you can no longer sign in, email [email protected] from the address on the account and we will verify it is you before deleting.

4. Sign-in and account problems

  • No verification email: check your spam folder, then request a new one from the sign-in screen.
  • Forgotten password: use Forgot password on the sign-in screen and we will email you a reset code.
  • Sign in with Apple, Google or Facebook: the provider's email is matched to your existing PinPiner account, so use the same address you registered with. If you hid your email from Apple, keep signing in with Apple rather than with your email address.
  • Anything else, including a suspended account or a name change: email us with the details.

5. The Kids feed

Kids is a separate, curated view for handing your phone to a child. On the Home feed, swipe right with two fingers to enter it. While it is on, the rest of PinPiner is locked away and the child sees only the Kids feed. To leave, swipe left with two fingers. PinPiner itself is for people aged 13 and over; the Kids feed is a convenience for parents, not a children's service.

6. Stars

Stars are an in-app appreciation currency you can send to creators. They are credited by the service; there are no purchases in the app. Questions about your Stars balance or a transfer that looks wrong: email [email protected] with the date and the account involved.

7. Copyright complaints

If you believe content on PinPiner infringes your copyright, email [email protected] with the details listed in the Terms of Service.

8. Privacy requests

To access, correct or delete your personal information, or to ask any privacy question, email [email protected] with the subject “Privacy Request”. The Privacy Policy describes your rights and how we respond.
